In the period 08.10.2014-31.12.2015, the Community Assistance Directorate (CAD) Iasi has implemented, in collaboration with their partners – the Local Public Service of Social Assistance and Support (LPSSAS) Botosani, the Association Blue Smile, HR Specialists Ltd. and LACONSEIL Ltd. , the project “VSAY – Vulnerable, but Socially Active as You”, 168/6.1/S/145566 contract.
